Appears to be in great condition. He took excellent care of everything he had and kept all the original packaging for everything, so I suspect most likely opened this, couldn't' figure out how to use it, packaged it back up stuck in drawer his desk, where sat since then. This belonged to my father in law who passed away a few months ago. I cannot make any promises to the state of player or what all is included, other than and headphones as you can see them through clear packaging.
